West Coast Story
Every beach town has a story it tells about itself, and this one shouts it in bold, sun-bleached letters. A hand-lettered "ALL SUMMER LONG" banner crowns a molten sunset silhouette of a surfer catching air, while three men haul a heavy wooden longboard down the sand below. At the center, a windblown girl grins wide over a bite of lunch, framed between a glowing beach-house window and a lone rider carving across the waves. Stacked block letters spell out "WEST COAST STORY" along the bottom, the kind of title that used to run across drive-in movie posters and surf documentaries alike.

Built entirely by hand from vintage surf culture ephemera, beach movie clippings, and sun-drenched travel photography, every element was individually cut and layered without any digital manipulation. The warm oranges and worn textures of the source material carry the feel of a faded poster pulled off a boardwalk shop wall, while the stacked lettering ties the whole composition together like a title card from an old summer double feature.
